Nicole M. Pizzi (Cole) has over 15 years of experience in the finance industry. Her story began back in 2009 when the housing market crashed, taking the stock market with it! It was then that she met her mentor, Rob Karalius and went from party planning to financial planning overnight and has never looked back.
Born and raised in Bryn Mawr, PA, Cole graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Cabrini College in 2007. She holds her Life & Health, Series 6, Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65 licenses, and CLTC® designation. Nicole is pursuing additional graduate-level professional designations to enhance her knowledge and skills in the financial services field.
In 2019, Cole was promoted to Partner at New York Life. She hired and trained 25 agents into the career from 2019 to 2024. In 2024, she decided to focus her attention back to a more client centric role. Prior to her role as Partner, she achieved 9 Executive Councils* with New York Life and achieved President's Council at New York Life in 2025, as well as a MDRT** member.
During the pandemic, she chased a long-time personal goal, packed up and bought her beach house in Margate City, NJ. She resides there year-round with her two spoiled Norfolk Terriers, Ella and Mercedes.
When she’s not helping people with their finances, you will find her working on anotherhouse project. Heels during the day and a hammer in her hand at night! If you can’t find her there, you’re sure to find her running to the point in Longport, NJ or looking for the next puppy to add to family!
